Property Management
Bert Brown and Associates Real Estate currently manages hundreds of units in the uptown area. With Bert, Marshall David, and Cal working in the office making sure everything runs smooth for each property we manage. We also have three full time workmen and one part time workman on staff that can do the simple repairs and yardwork that the properties require.
Our office staff controls all bills and paperwork for each property along with organizing work to be done by our workmen that the tenants call in. This allows us to save you money on repairs by having in house workmen vs contracting out. Each month we deliver detailed reports showing every dollar that we received and spent on each property and at the end of each year you will receive an end of the year cash flow of each property.
Leasing
If you have a rental property and you do not have the time to find a renter Bert Brown and Associates Real Estate is here for you! We do all of the leg work by taking professional photos and advertising. Once we have it advertised one of our seasoned agents will show your unit to any prospective tenants, when we receive an application we will process it for you. After we find out as much as the prospective tenant we will present the application to you for you to make the decision. Once approved we will execute the lease, schedule the move in date, and arrange for the tenant picks up keys.
